Paterson to the Planets

P-Tech Planetarium, the Solar System Ambassadors and Paterson Great Falls National Historical Park are teaming up with the Paterson Museum again to present From Paterson to the Planets: A Stellar Family Adventure. Join us at the Museum on Saturday, June 14th between 10am and 3pm as we blast off into the solar system for an interactive and educational experience that the whole family will enjoy!

Participate in STEM activities throughout the museum and visit P-Tech’s portable planetarium to learn about the planets in our solar system. As part of the day’s activities, Solar System Ambassador Michael Greene will be presenting A Voyage Through the Solar System at 11am and 2pm.

Lots of great take home activities and give away items will be provided. Explorers will be provided with a Space Passport and those who visit every station can collect stamps for a special prize. This program is in-person. Admission to both the activities and the museum are free, and the public is cordially invited to attend. This program is recommended for children 4-10 years but all ages and abilities are welcome.
