Greater Paterson Environmental Justice Community Engagement Session

Introducing the Greater Paterson Region Environmental Justice (EJ) Affinity Group!

Building Resilience Through Connection and Insight

We kicked off our first meeting—and now we’re focusing on the community’s voice. Join the NJDEP Office of Environmental Justice, in partnership with Paterson Alliance, for the Greater Paterson Environmental Justice Community Engagement Session! DEP Commissioner Shawn LaTourette and EJ Director Kandyce Perry will engage directly with residents to discuss environmental justice concerns, share helpful resources, and answer your questions.

Member organizations of Paterson Alliance’s newly launched Environmental Justice Affinity Group will also share local efforts to advance environmental justice and explore ways for community members to get involved.

When: Tuesday, August 5th, 2025 6-8 pm Location: TBD
