Free Tablet Sign-Up

Please join the Circle of Care in their Tablet Sign-Up event! This event is in partnership with the Fulmore Foundation to help families in need of a tablet and wi-fi to receive a FREE tablet paired with wi-fi and hotspot! Qualifiers include: low income, Medicaid, SNAP, WIC, SSI, federal public housing, free/reduced school lunch/breakfast, CEP & Title 1 schools, college student Pell Grants, veterans & survivor benefits, Tribal Indian benefits, lifeline or assurance wireless. Bring a snapshot or photocopy of a verification document for the qualifier you choose. This is a sign-up event. Tablets will be available 2 — 4 weeks after approved registration.
